How does my key fob unlock and lock my door?

Accepted Answer

Tap the key fob to the black portion of your door lock. When the door flashes green, turn the silver deadbolt! The front door does not auto-lock! You will need to tap the key fob to the black portion of the door lock, wait for the green light, and turn the deadbolt again.

What are the parking policies today?

Accepted Answer

All residents who purchased parking must display their decal and RFID scanner on their vehicle before the listed deadlines to avoid towing. Gates will remain open temporarily during move-in to prevent damage from heavy traffic, but this does not allow guest parking in resident areas after 7 PM. Absolute Towing will begin towing unauthorized vehicles from permit-only areas at 7 PM on August 7, 2025. Vehicles parked in reserved spots (marked on pavement) without the correct decal will be towed. Reserved Parking decals must be clearly visible by 7 PM. The Nine is not responsible for or required to reimburse any towing charges.

What do I do with my trash?

Accepted Answer

All trash should be taken to the appropriate trash chute or dumpster for disposal. Floor 2 through 4 in the main building have trash chutes located in the parking garage. Floors 1 and 5 are more than welcome to utilize the chutes on these floors. Please ensure all boxes are broken down, no large items are placed in the chute, and no trash is left in the trash room. All townhome residents have access to a dumpster next to townhome 6 and a roll-off in front of the main building.

Can I hang items on my walls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are allowed to hang items on your walls! We recommend using small nails rather than Command Strips, as the adhesive can cause more damage when removed. Please keep in mind that any holes must be properly spackled and patched at move-out to avoid potential damage charges.

Where do I pick up my packages?

There are 3 places your order may have been delivered:

- Your mailbox
Your mailbox number is your apartment number! The round silver key provided in your move-in packet will open this mailbox. Our office is unable to open a resident's mailbox as it is federal property.

- Amazon locker (all new residents will receive login information shortly)
If it is delivered to the amazon locker, the person who's amazon account was used to place the order will receive a barcode via email. Our office is also able to open the lockers during office hours.
