Derek with Clean Burn Stove Service has been the most professional person I have worked with in along time. I have had the pleasure of him install 1 propane heat stove, 1 pellet heat stove, 2 on-demand hot water heaters and 2 Rinnai propane heaters for us in our new home. He has serviced all of them yearly for the past 7 years and each time he cleans up any mess after working on our heaters. Like I said before this company has the best staff that is very professional and very respectful to their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company that installs and services wood, pellet or propane heating systems. Great job to Clean Burn Stove Service for all your professional work.

When the gas fireplace in our newly-purchased condo started turning on all by itself in the middle of the night, I thought I was going to have to hire an exorcist. Luckily for me, I found Clean Burn Stove Services instead. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem, but they cleaned and restored my old fireplace so it looks like new! From Carla in the office, to Derek and his technician, everyone I came into contact with at Clean Burn was incredibly competent and professional. And their prices are very reasonable, to boot. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
