I host weekly online sessions where we explore mindful art and journaling. It’s simple, creative time set aside to slow down, play a little, and reflect. You don’t need any experience - just curiosity and a willingness to try.
Mindful art is all about the process, not the end result. Journaling gives space to untangle thoughts and notice what’s really going on inside. Together, they open up moments of calm, clarity, and sometimes even joy.
These sessions are for anyone, whether you’re 25 or 85, who feels like pressing pause on the rush of life and making a little room for creativity and reflection.
