Recently bought a sofa and we made an error re colour (completely our mistake, not Chrysties!). The staff were so understanding and went above and beyond to rectify this for us, no doubt at a cost to them.  Unbelievable customer service. Shop local…. and if you’re not from the Borders, drive there in the knowledge they have a fantastic range which is backed up by friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure customers are 100% satisfied. Where do I start...my husband and I have spent many hours online and in carpet stores in the Scottish Borders, we like to support local businesses.  We knew what we had in mind but couldn't find it.  We went to Chrysties this afternoon and the moment we walked into.the showroom we felt welcome. On entering the flooring showroom we were greeted with a smile.  We looked at the sample books and found exactly what we had been looking for.  The lady who offered to help us was friendly, kind, non intrusive and very knowledgeable.   Her advice was helpful and much appreciated.   I also found table covering which I had been looking for and another member of staff kindly offered to cut it for me while we continued discussing our options for the flooring.  We were given a book of flooring samples to take home with us, we have a date for the carpet fitters to come to our house and measure then give us an estimate.  The whole customer service experience was excellent and it just flowed, from entering the showroom to leaving we knew we had found the right place.  I would definitely recommend Chrysties and will return in the future for sure.  Thank you to everyone, especially the lovely lady who gave us so much of her time and expertise advice. Advised to visit Christie’s Furnishing. Well worth the drive from Musselburgh. Great choice. The Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable . They leave you alone and are on hand for advice and help. Made to feel very welcome. Looks like we will be back
