Chrome is hands down the best gym in Spokane! I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my bodybuilding fitness journey if it wasn’t for Chrome! The facility is always well maintained and clean and the equipment is up-to-date and functional. There are a wide variety of machines and weights. There’s a dedicated powerlifting room and body building posing room which are my favorite aspects of this gym. On top of all that, the staff is extremely friendly, kind, and caring, and are there for any and all questions you may have. Thank you Chrome for being such a wonderful place to train!! 💪🏽😎

I’ve known Brooke since she started Chrome and grew through had work, passion, and diligence. I take my fitness very seriously and get in to the gym 4-5 times a week to lift. Due to work and competing over the years, have at times had multiple gym memberships at the same time. HANDS DOWN the BEST GYM and OWNERSHIP consistently is CHROME now for decades. This gym is clean, top notch equipment that is kept in working order, the expectations and standards of the clientele at the gym are high as well. Which I appreciate. People are there to get their workouts in, not mess around for social hour. It matters to me to get in, be able to get on the machines I need for a high quality lift, and get out. I consistently get that at Chrome…. And have for well over 10 years. It talks A LOT of work and standards to keep a gym to that level, especially when people continually push you to soften it for them. Brooke won’t budge. I THANK her for maintaining it to her unwavering standards!!! There isnt another like it and there’s no where else I’d go!! Thank you!

This is the spot! I’ve found my gym. I absolutely love everything about Chrome. There’s classic equipment that everyone knows/loves but also a ton of new fancy machines too. It’s a clean, inviting environment. The staff is great. They make you feel welcome right when you walk in the building and also extremely helpful if you have questions about the machines or where something is. The whole gym is incredible but what really brings it all together is their owner Brooke. She’s knowledgeable and caring. Whether you’re an athlete or starting your fitness journey. Chrome is a comfortable, safe place. I would highly recommend!
