I had an extremely positive experience with Nested. They came recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Both Chris and Francesca are polite and professional, although I dealt mostly with Chris. Chris handled the entire process with calm, competence and integrity. He was efficient and composed always. I was very pleased with the balance between being open and approachable about more difficult issues, and still remaining professional and discreet. That helped a great deal during a stressful process. Communication was always good. This was the first wholly positive experience I’ve had with an estate agent from start to finish, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Nested estate agents were amazing from the word go.<br>From pricing, presentation and a few pre-sale repairs, Francesca and Chris were knowledgeable, patient and on the ball. They kept us better informed than our own conveyancer on legal issues and chased the appropriate people, sometimes before we’d even noticed a delay.<br>I’ve bought, sold and let four houses in the last ten years so I know what I’m talking about. Nested are highly recommended!

I have used Chris and Francesca for two house sales recently and have been so impressed by their professionalism. They give excellent advice on the valuation and getting a house ready for sale and communicate brilliantly with regards to viewings. Their dedication to moving the sale along and ensuring that everyone is kept informed was extremely impressive and their cheerfulness and humour certainly helped too! I would highly recommend them.
