When should I do my injection?

I recommend starting your GLP1 on Friday (or whenever your "Friday" is), before bed, so that you can sleep through any side effects and have all weekend to rest, if needed. Once you know how your body responds to the medication, you can change times if you want! I started on a Friday and now I dose on Sunday mornings!

What is a GLP1?
