I absolutely loved the yoga sessions I did at Casa Opy. I come from California where yoga is very prominent in my life, so it felt like home to step into this well curated and well-led space. I did a Hatha and Restorative class that brought me back into my body and peace. And I even did a private cacao ritual with the owner that was beyond magical and so very healing! Highly recommend this space if you are in Florence, it is special!

Casa Opy is the most magical place. We happened on this and signed up for a Restorative class, Livia, the owner runs this class. It was extraordinary. A slow movement with props while healing through breath and sound. Every time you come out feeling changed, as though your energy down to the microscopic molecules have been healed. We will miss this so much and can’t think of ever being here without coming to the studio. If you want a profound, deep and meaningful experience go to Casa Opy for Yoga.

I have been practicing at Casa Opy for a few months now and I truly love this place. The classes are super well-balanced and prepared, changing everyday and so complete and rich. But most of all, Livia is such an amazing teacher, always caring and transmitting her rich knowledge and passion for yoga. Having practiced yoga for a few years and tried different studios in different countries, this one really has something special, I highly recommend!
