While I am in school getting my PhD, I have deicded to offer very minimal costing counseling and therapy services. I am certified Peer Support counselor at my workplace and I have taken hundreds of courses in Mental Health with focuses on Mental Health disorders/Mid Life issues with both men and women/ PMS, Postpartum, Meno and Pre Menopause/Single life/Toxic Work Enviroment/ Levelling up/Life Coaching/ Domestic Violence Victims, survivors, and abusers/ Relationship and Marital counseling/Drug and Substance Abuse/etc... I also have been certified in a large variety of adolescent and young adult issues such as bullying, young career and college issues, grades, social media influence in middle school and high school, etc. Anything we ever talk about will stay private and confidential per HIPPA laws and only in the instance that someones life is in danger would our conversation ever be disclosed to anyone else. I only ask for a nominal donation to help towards paying for my college and when you book a slot with me, we can talk over the phone, by text only, by email, or facetime. Whatever is easiest for you. But during the time frame booked, you will have my undivided attention so we can start working through whatever it is that you are struggling with.
