✔ Yes! If you choose our Full-Service Bartending Package, we provide all alcohol, mixers, ice, and garnishes, etc. If you choose the Standard Bartending Package, you provide the alcohol, and everything else.

❓ What if I need to cancel?

✔ Deposits are non-refundable, but we can reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice.

❓ Do you need electricity or water?

✔ If the event is outdoors, we need access to power for blenders, lighting, etc. If no power is available, let us know in advance.

❓ How far will you travel?

✔ We serve Pharr, TX & surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for events more than 20 miles outside of Pharr. fees apply for events more than 10 miles outside of Pharr.

❓ Can I request a special drink?

✔ Yes! We offer custom cocktail creations.

❓ Do you have a minimum booking time?

✔ Yes, we require a minimum of 3 hours for all bookings.

✔ We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and large events. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

❓ What drinks do you serve?

✔ We offer a signature drink menu including Margaritas, Palomas, Ranch Water, Breezy Sunset, and more! Full-service clients can choose 3-5 cocktails for their event. Custom cocktails are available upon request!

❓ Can you make non-alcoholic drinks?

✔ Yes! We can make delicious mocktails and non-alcoholic options for guests who don’t drink.

❓ How many bartenders do I need?

✔ We recommend:
	•	Up to 50 guests → 1 bartender
	•	51-100 guests → 1-2 bartenders
	•	100+ guests → 2+ bartenders

❓ How much does it cost?

✔ Pricing depends on your guest count and whether you choose Standard or Full-Service Bartending. Our rates start at $75/hr (3-hour minimum). See our Packages & Pricing page for details.

❓ Do you require a deposit?

✔ Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

✔ Yes! You can add our Mobile Bar Setup to any package for $150.

❓ How long does setup & breakdown take?

✔ We arrive 30 minutes before the event to set up and need 30 minutes after to clean up. This is included in your package.
