We had a great experience with BoxDrop Mattress and Furniture of Wausau! We are extremely happy with our new bed and frame—they absolutely fulfilled our needs and exceeded our expectations. Jane was a pleasure to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Every interaction we had was helpful and pressure-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure you leave satisfied. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and a great buying experience!

- Came across BoxDrop Weston on fb marketplace, and at first we were skeptical because we had never heard of it before, however, today we decided to check it out, and found the perfect couch for our family. My fiance and I both fell in love with it and the owner even ordered us 2 additional pieces for the modular sectional so it was bigger for our big family! 10/10 recommend comming in here! If youre skeptical, here's your sign, they have so many beautiful piece of furniture to choose from! We can't wait to get it Saturday! (We opted to pick it up and Saturday is just what works for us).

They are decent enough people to work with but the product that they sell is garbage. I bought a recliner from them a couple years ago and it broke very soon after buying it. It had a 1 year warranty so they replaced it. That one broke soon after receiving it. Then they said that I could bring it back and pick a different style but no longer would have a warranty. The year was coming up soon anyway and I thought maybe it was the style so I picked a different one. Well less than a year later and now this one is broken as well. The rocking mechanism in the chairs is junk. Made very cheap and just doesnt last. I will not make the mistake of buying another rocker recliner from here. But if I needed anything stationary or tables or something I would consider it definitely because they were willing to help and do what they could when the junk chairs failed multiple times.
