It’s easy to get caught up in the business that is the end of the year from family gatherings to holiday parties all while winding down at work. If you’re able too, highly recommend taking a beat and giving back to your local community this winter. Take a peak at a few of our favorite causes this holiday season.
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive lineman Cam Heyward’s Heyward House is designed to impact the lives of today’s youth. One of the nonprofit’s initiatives – Craig’s Closet – provides high school boys in Pittsburgh with free dress clothes for interviews, internships, banquets and other big moments. If you’re local, consider dropping off donations, or volunteering to match recipients with outfits.

Keeping on the Pennsylvania football train! The Philadelphia Eagles released a holiday album, A Philly Special Christmas Special, with all proceeds donated to surrounding Philadelphia area charities such as the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Listen to favorites by Jason Kelce, Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson and give back at the same time!
Hopping over to the west coast, Steph and Ayesha Curry’s co-founded foundation – Eat Learn Play – is an incredible nonprofit to support this December. With the mission to support children’s wellbeing through access to nutritious meals, quality reading resources and opportunities to play, Eat. Learn. Play. launched a movement to raise $50M by the end of the 2025-26 school year. Consider donating to help the children of Oakland today.

Our favorite tastemaker Stanley Tucci dropped a merch collaboration with War Child – the nonprofit on a mission to ensure a safe future for every child affected by war. All proceeds from the merch collaboration support children in conflict.
On the topic of merch for a cause – all proceeds from actress Francia Raisa’s merch “no beef, just salsa” will benefit her best friend Suppanna, who is continuing her cancer fight. Check out the new merch today.
Ariana DeBose is doing the thing. Join her in supporting Covenant House this month. Covenant House builds a bridge to hope for young people facing homelessness and survivors of trafficking through unconditional love, absolute respect and relentless support.
Looking for a food bank to support? Join actress Busy Philipps in giving back to City Harvest – New York City’s largest food rescue organization. The nonprofit helps feed the nearly 1.2 million New Yorkers experiencing food insecurity, including the staggering number of one in five children.
Who will you support this holiday season? Tag us on social, we’d love to see it!
