Hi, I’m Bri, also known as Bhaddstudent. I’m a certified pole instructor with XPERT Level 1 & 2 certifications and over 4 years of pole experience. My movement roots started long before the pole, with a background in majorette dancing, where rhythm, performance, and flair first stole my heart.

Born and raised in Mississippi, I bring a little Southern charm, a lot of energy, and a big love for helping students feel strong, confident, and unstoppable. Whether you’re brand new or leveling up, my workshops focus on building strength, embracing your unique style, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me planning trips as a travel agent or exploring the world myself, because adventure, on and off the pole, is kind of my thing. 💃🏽✈️

Double Trouble 6/12 6:30PM

Take your time, slow down, and connect deeply to your body in this 90-minute pole journey designed to elevate your sensuality, fluidity, and self-expression. We’ll focus on flow, heel technique, and body awareness, guiding you to refine your movements while honoring your unique style and pace.

We’ll begin by grounding into the body, setting intentions, and creating a welcoming space for self-exploration. A lush warm-up will prepare you for refined movement, followed by technique drills centered on articulation, transitions, and flowing sequences. You’ll be encouraged to move with purpose, vulnerability, and confidence, building strength, presence, and pleasure in every movement.
