Barely Balanced Yogi

Hi, I'm Carissa Fleischmann. I'm a foothills-based breathwork facilitator and yoga instructor. I founded barelybalancedyogi because the truth is, some days I am barely balanced myself. Navigating a demanding corporate career with back-to-back meetings means finding a realistic mix of full-length studio classes and practical somatic tools to reset right in the margins of a packed schedule. I don't teach unrealistic ideals; I share functional movement and nervous system regulation designed to fit into real, busy lives—whether on a studio mat or at a desk.
