What types of events do you serve?

We serve all kinds of events — weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, festivals, fundraisers, and private gatherings. If people are celebrating, Bar Car Mobile can be there!

Where are you located and do you travel?

We are based in Port Townsend, Washington, and travel throughout Jefferson County and surrounding areas. For events outside the area, a small travel fee may apply

What is included in your Bar Car service?

Our package include: the Bar Car mobile trailer, licensed and insured bartenders, bar tools, mixers, garnishes and glassware (based on package), and setup and cleanup of the bar area. Custom drink menus are also available!

Do you offer non-alcoholic or mocktail options?

Yes! We love crafting mocktails and alcohol-free beverages for all ages. We can design a custom menu that fits your theme or crowd.

Do you do themed events?

Absolutely! Whether you want a tropical tiki vibe, elegant black-tie service, or rustic wedding look, we can style the bar to match your theme.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, our bartenders are licensed, certified, and insured to serve in Washington State. Your event's safety and compliance are our top priorities.
