We are a home-based hot sauce business In Montgomery Texas. It all started when mom-in-law gave me a hot sauce ‘kit’ for Christmas. Sat in the cupboard for over a year (or 2?) until I finally decided to give it a try. Quickly started creating my own recipes and looking for peppers! Each pepper has its own unique flavor as well as heat, and I do my best to bring that out for you. Even the hottest Carolina Reaper has a wonderful flavor. All sauces are original and made from whole dried or fresh peppers. No preservatives. For best flavor refrigerate after opening. Who does that though? I would say to consume within 6 months after opening, but the hotter ones taste just fine after a year on the counter!
