My name is Arymaan Patel, and my journey into fitness wasn’t planned, it was personal. Growing up, I struggled with my body and confidence, and it was fitness that became my turning point, transforming me from a skinny-fat kid into a fit, strong adult in just two years. That experience drives everything I do today. As a certified personal trainer with a Diploma in Personal Training from K11 School of Fitness Sciences and an ongoing certification in Human Performance Nutrition, I help busy professionals get more energy, focus, and discipline — so they perform better at work AND feel better doing it.
