- Shipping & fees — All shipping costs will be spelled out in shipping form, so check it before paying. Top-ups depend on weight and volume; domestic covers postage and packing materials. All tracking numbers live in the sheet linked below. - Payments — Pay on time. Leave a payment unpaid too long and I can refuse your future claims. - 3-month rule — If I can't reach you for 3+ months about a GO, your items are forfeited automatically. - Handle changes — If you change your Instagram handle, please let me know so I don't lose track of you as a buyer. - Heads up — Once an item leaves my hands I'm not responsible for lost or damaged mail (from the company, K-addy, or me to you), but if your order is insured I'll provide whatever info you need to claim compensation. I'm also not responsible if a store delays or disappears. If an order gets taxed at customs, I'll send the cost to claimers to split.
