Apu Center in Stafford, Mo provided quality service and excellent customer service. I was having trouble with the A/C and they provided me with options on what would best fit my needs. They were quick and the techs were professional, respectful, and honest. I went out of my way to come here and would go out of my way to comeback for any APU problems or upgrades.

Just an update on my APU situation.  It stopped working long time ago. I hadn't gotten one good month of use out of it since I had it. I would take it there to get fixed, it would work for a day or two, then stop working. I honestly did not have time to keep going there to get it fixed. Trying to find a place that services carrier apu was close to impossible, if you don't have a carrier warranty. I have since sold the truck and the APU is still on it, not working. I will admit, the APU center is quick to fix the unit (it was used) but it wasn't worth the money that was paid for it.

I recently started having problems with my APU and my bunk heater on a 2023 Cascadia that I bought a few months ago. My brother insisted that I check out APU center and that they were nationwide famous. Upon showing up yesterday around 11am, and explaining the problems I was having, my truck was taken in right away for a diagnosis. Within one hour, I knew what was wrong with my APU and my bunk heater. Thank God, the APU just needed a couple of parts replaced as well as some PM. To my embarrassment, the bunk heater vent had sucked in a plastic bag, and nothing was actually wrong with it. From start to finish, the entire process took about 4 hours, the team was very transparent and clearly very skilled & experienced. The price they quoted me was very reasonable and I was more than happy to pay because when it comes to my comfort and safety, money is not an issue. I also love that they are a family company because I work with my family. I will absolutely come back the next time I have an issue. You guys have earned a very happy customer!
