Deben habilitar oficina fuera del puerto ,dentro es un desastre

Худший прокат. Имея резервацию мы пришли за машиной, а нам нагло и неумело солгали, что машин нет, а наша резервации была отказана, о чем нам сообщили. Избегайте эту фирму любой ценой.

Alamo at Montevideo Port is not open for persons who are not arriving by boat. I had a lot of trouble trying to find the office and getting the car - like 1,5h of waiting

Estuvimos en el mes de mayo en tres cruces. La atención, las explicaciones por parte de Sra. Rosario excelente. El coche alquilado, un Volkswagen Nivus, automático en perfectas condiciones y muy nuevo. Coche automático para circular por Montevideo y la costa fue una delicia. Recomiendo alquilar vehículo automático por su conducción tan fácil.
Recomiendo este centro Alamo Renta Car de Tres cruces.

La atención del personal 10 pts. Pero la empresa son unos estafadores. 4000 USD de depósito por un kwid!! Y un mes después aún no lo liberan!!  Todo por vender un miserable seguro de 10 USD. Ratas.

não gostei que tentaram nos cobrar 250 dólares por meio tanque de gasolina e ainda falaram que é o mesmo valor na cidade (o que é mentira). Tentaram praticamente me roubar. Pedem um caução de 1200 dólares e falam que o caução sai do cartão em 6 dias úteis. Já se passou 15 dias e nada de sair do cartao bloqueando meu limite.
Nao tive problemas com o carro e com a reserva em si. Apenas esses pontos de atenção.

Great service! We've booked online, arrived as scheduled. The car was ready for us. Everyone in the office was very friendly and efficient. They provided sufficient information about insurance, tolls, speed, everything we needed for successful ride in Uruguay. Returning the cas was super simple and easy. We arrived early morning and everyone in the office showed up a few minutes before official opening time. This was really appreciated by us as we were in a slight rush to get tothe airport. Thank you for great service!

Very fast and efficient! Very helpful as we were running late and they dropped us off at the airport quickly!

Really excellent service. Tomas was a great guy who knows good English from Duolingo of all things. I truly enjoyed them, and they were quite reasonable with pricing and accommodating. The car was also clean and solid to use. Notably, the firstaid kit and pharmacies in general don't have bandaids. Bring your own!

Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco

Another great experience with Geraldine and her team. They are so great to work with. I started out in a smaller economy car, but needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle and extend the rental. The process was so easy and convenient. Then I needed to extend a second time and asked if they had a car with bluetooth connection, and they secured a vehicle with not only Bluetooth but a speed governor, not full cruise control, but at least top speed setting. Again, the exchange was seemless. I wouldn't hesitate to rent with these folks again. They're my go-to in Punta now.

I had a great experience with Alamo. Geraldine is super helpful and delightful to work with.

Excellent car for a good price and very friendly service. Would have given five stars if they had released the $1200,- reservation on my credit card after 10 days - as promised. Instead I had to wait the full maximum of 30 days (and they blamed the bank). Rodrigo at the counter is not to blame.

Punta del Este

Aeropuerto de Punta del Este

Não é um escritório de fato da alamo, mas um pick up center que funciona muito bem, dentro do hotel Hilton. Fomos atendidos na hora certa e para devolver o carro o funcionário também estava presente. Acho uma boa alternativa para não ter de se deslocar até o centro.

Excelente experiencia con Almos Rent a Car en Laguna del Sauce. Quiero destacar especialmente a Julián Fernández, que es un excelente empleado: su atención fue súper personalizada, siempre atento, resolutivo y con respuestas rápidas en todo momento. Realmente marca la diferencia y eleva el servicio a un nivel VIP. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así, comprometidas y profesionales. Sin dudas, una opción totalmente recomendable.
