Active motion have been fantastic at helping with my sciatica. Lewis was great, very professional. The sessions I had we're very helpful in giving me a speedy recovery. Should I need they're expertise for anything else I'd definitely go there again.

I've been seeing Lewis for over 2 years, originally to help with a weak abductor that was causing discomfort when running.  He got me fit to complete a 50k  and regular massage sessions since has seen me complete London marathon and a 75k trail race. Lewis is friendly and knowledgeable, I wouldn't of completed my races without his help.

I came to Lewis at Active Motion after I had a flare up on plantar fasciitis, I was recommended him by a friend. I genuinely cannot thank Lewis enough for all that he did regarding my ailment, he was very approachable and knowledgeable. I was in so much agony I couldn’t even walk on that foot, it took a good few sessions for my foot, but the best money I have spent. Lewis was very professional and showed me exercises to do at home, and in clinic the electroshock therapy was so beneficial along with the sports massages. I was struck with sciatica in March 2025, due to a 3 month waiting list for NHS physio I attended Active Motion in Eastleigh where I was assessed through a free initial consultation by Lewis.
I then attended a course of treatment, weekly to start with, then spaced according to my progress and professional opinion of Lewis.
My treatment ended in November. I'm a very satisfied customer. Lewis is professional and listens so the treatment is individual to you. Lewis was so professional assessing and diagnosing my bilateral planter fasciitis. I can highly recommend Active Motion Injury Clinic.  From initial contact with them through to attendance at their clinic and the cycle of treatment it was a 10/10 experience. Milly was able to treat my plantar fasciitis injury with Shockwave over the period of 2 months and it has made a huge difference with me now being able to run without any pain and allow my first steps in the morning to be nearly pain free!
