How to order?

Fill out the Custom Nail order form. After completing, please dm @achuu.leah on instagram with the designs you are looking for. If you change your mind about ordering, it’s okay as long as it’s before you have already paid. No refunds after payment has been sent.

How do designs work?

If you chose “Custom Inspo”, send me 2-3 photos of a design or vibe you are going for. If you chose “Copy and Paste”, send me 1 photo of a design you want copied exactly. I will try my best to achieve the same colors but not guranteed due to how many products are on the market.

Question 3

How does sizing work?

I use the quarter method. You will need to send me a photo of one hand (all 5 fingers) next to a quarter.

Pricing and payment?

I use zelle and venmo. Prices are paid after we discuss what kind of design and length you want. Prices range from $15-30 (plus $5 shipping for everyone within the US). Price depends on difficulty of design, length, and added charms/jewels. No refunds.

What happens after payment?

Once you have paid I will need about 3-7 days to complete the nails. I will send progress pictures to show you how the nails are turning out. You have the option to approve with no changes, or make 2 adjustments if needed. Please be responsive through instagram dm. If I can’t reach you, I will reach out via email provided. If completely unresponsive, I will assume no adjustments need to be made and continue.

Refunds?

No refunds. Once payment is made, I will have started the creative process. Please be sure you want the nails before ordering.

Question 7

How does shipping work?

I only ship within the US currently. Shipping is $5 added onto the cost of press-ons. Please dm @achuu.leah with your address details. Standard shipping takes 5-7 days. I will send a tracking number once it has shipped out. I am not responsible for anything that happens to the package after shipping. Please reach out to the mail carrier.
