Villa Rosa is a beautiful villa with a pristine beach just outside the gate. The villa is spacious ( there were 9 of us) and we had so much space inside and outside, it's the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in in with all amenities for cooking, bathroom amenities, even shampoo and conditioner, we had sun loungers to take to the beach and you can hire beach towels at a small cost. A huge thank you to Lorenza who was incredibly nice and helpful, helped us book restaurants and taxis and was always available if we needed help!! This villa is a must if you're considering geremeas. Can't praise it enough

Magjcal location, wonderful villa and perfect hosts at Villa Bolsenda What a find! If you are looking for a great base to explore the region with a train station, pizzeria and shopping mere minutes away , have the best balance of the beautiful Bologna countryside and the buzz of the city, a gorgeous, character filled, fully equipped home from home, with garden of eden in the backyard filled with nature including all sorts of wildlife and the nicest hosts you will ever meet ,then this is the place for you! 4 generations of our family from 3 to 82 felt privileged to spend a memorable week in this accessible yet fully private comfortable retreat. The villa is cool inside and there are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms but no air con ( unseasonally high temperatures last week would have been offset a bit better by access to air con at night for those who feel the heat but thats the only suggested upgrade worth considering by owners although I personally found it fine) Rosa Maria and Vittorio were just the loveliest hosts, available yet gave us privacy and Vittorio so helpful and informative.They just thought of everything making our stay so easy and relaxed. I hope we can return Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria and the brilliant Lorenza who managed our booking and queries so well .

A truly magical stay. Lorenza is the absolute best at everything. The Villa was well furnished and kept to a good standard. So close to the beach and great restaurants. So many happy memories made with my family, will be returning for sure.
