ABA Criminal Justice Section

We are a diverse and multidisciplinary network of over 15,000 legal professionals, including prosecutors, public defenders, private defense counsel, appellate and trial judges, law professors, and correctional and law enforcement personnel. Our Section serves as a resource for members and the legal profession. It identifies emerging criminal justice issues, coordinates the development of solutions, and makes recommendations relating to criminal law and the administration of criminal justice.
