ARoberts

A Roberts is a mixed media artist who works with water media, ink and pencil in both physical and digital counterparts. She has a BFA in visual communication with a focus in illustration from Herron School of Art. Currently she is developing a couple of series ; Dream, Pattern and Landmark. My artwork is an outlet to explore dream images, the intricacies of an animal or a play with perspective. I have a strong interest in Surrealism and it inspires many aspects of my paintings. I use natural elements or juxtapose animals against man made items in order to invoke emotions, mystery or intrigue. I mix watercolor, ink and colored pencils to create depth and build color.
