What time does camp start and end?

Accepted Answer

Our Preschool camp runs from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM with a before care option from 8:00 AM-9:00 AM.

Our school-age and specialty camps run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We also offer extended care options for early drop-off and late pick-up.

Question 3

What days do your camps run?

Accepted Answer

Our summer camps run Monday through Thursday, with an optional Friday Funday half-day add-on available for those who wish to extend the fun into Friday!

Question 4

Do you offer before and aftercare options

Accepted Answer

PRESCHOOL: We offer a beforecare option for our preschool campers. Early drop-off is available for preschool campers from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. At this time, after-care is not available for preschoolers.

SCHOOL-AGE: We offer beforecare and aftercare for school-age campers. Beforecare runs from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and aftercare from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

We provide a light breakfast for beforecare and a small snack for aftercare participants.

Question 5

Are meals or snacks provided?

Accepted Answer

Lunch is not provided as part of the camp.

However, this year, we offer a daily lunch ordering option for an additional cost, featuring meals like pizza, sandwiches, mac and cheese, and chicken nuggets from local restaurants. You can select which days you'd like to order lunch for your camper.

Question 6

What should my child bring to camp?

Accepted Answer

Please pack a water bottle, a sack lunch and snacks, a change of clothes for all ages (accidents happen!), and any other necessary personal items.

For themed weeks, we may suggest fun optional items to bring.

Question 7

What if my plans change? Can I get a refund or transfer weeks?

Accepted Answer

We do not issue refunds. However, if you request it at least one week before the original camp session start date, you may transfer your camp enrollment to another week, subject to availability.

Alternatively, we can credit your account if you request it at least one week before camp begins. This credit can be applied to classes, events, parties, or future camp sessions.

Please note: If you enrolled during a Dynamic Pricing promotion and transfer to a week not included in that promotion, you will be responsible for paying the difference in the camp cost.

Question 8

Are activities indoors or outdoors?

Accepted Answer

We balance indoor and outdoor activities based on the camp theme and weather conditions, ensuring outdoor time at least once a day. The final day of camp features our popular Water Day, where campers can enjoy water games led by our coaches!

Question 9

What types of activities are included?

Accepted Answer

Activities vary based on the weekly theme but typically include games, creative crafts, skill-building in gymnastics or ninja, and themed challenges. Each themed camp week will feature at least one special guest whose visit aligns with the theme. For our preschool campers, we will have a weekly visit from the local library, adding extra fun and learning to their experience!
