Emotions aren't meant to be bottled, write down how you feel in a diary, or to someone you trust. It's hard explaining emotions to other people, a small starter like "can i share something with you" may help.

Is life repetitive and boring? Maybe trying a new hobby will help. Browse through different games, try a craft, listen to (new) music, something educational, or if you're feeling energized, a physical hobby.

But whatever you choose to do, don't push yourself, and do whatever you are comfortable with.

⋆｡°·☁︎ Feeling relaxed/sedentary? Try tracing your palms, imagining, cloud watching

𑣲𝄞 Feeling physical? Try yoga, massaging, instruments (try "Virtual instruments"), tossing a ball, gardening


Remember!! your results do not need to be perfect, finished, or have a meaning, take however long you want to until you feel content or more relaxed and do what feels right.
