Been going to Alex for my hair for at least 6 months now, and after only 2 cuts, he knew exactly what I wanted every time moving forward! The biggest thing for me is making sure i get a good beard line up (can't do it myself) and he makes sure I'm looking clean every time i leave. He's my forever barber without a doubt!

I've been trimming my own hair for a while but was never happy with it. Decided to go to a professional.<br><br>Not only did Alex give me the best haircut I ever received, but he had the foresight to cut my hair in a way that gave me multiple ways to style it. I was nervous committing to a style because I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but he had great ideas on how to cut my hair to be versatile in style and still look great.<br><br>Highly recommend, will be coming back for my next cut.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews—honestly, it’s just not in my nature—but I feel compelled to share this experience.<br><br>First, I want to say that my boys saw Alex, and he did a fantastic job. He’s clearly talented, and we were really happy with the haircut itself.<br><br>That said, this place is definitely on the pricier side (comparable to what I pay for adult cuts elsewhere), which I was willing to accept for good service.<br><br>Unfortunately, the experience around booking and communication was disappointing. A typo in my email meant I never received a confirmation, so I assumed the appointment didn’t go through and rebooked. I did receive a text confirmation right before the appointment—but by then, I had already unknowingly created a duplicate booking and was charged a $25 no-show fee.<br><br>From a customer service standpoint, this feels frustrating and avoidable. I work in sales, and in my opinion, this isn’t how you retain clients or build goodwill with new ones.<br><br>It’s disappointing, because the quality of the service itself was great—but overall, this experience left a negative impression.
