This place is absolutely amazing for beginners and experienced individuals. It is a great place to come for competition as all of the coaches compete and actually test their skills. They foster a welcoming as well as a competitive environment. The community is amazing for any one of any skill level and just a great place to learn.

Coming from a wrestling background, I was very interested in learning BJJ. I started two weeks ago and I love it! The coaches are well-versed in teaching all levels and I’ve already learned so much. I’m currently taking their no-gi class after work and I’m thinking of buying a gi to start that too! Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough about this incredible jui-jitsu gym run by the amazing husband and wife team, Alannah and Dave. From the moment my family and I stepped through the door, we were greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality and care, that immediately made us feel like part of the family. Dave and Alannah are not only highly skilled practioners, but also exceptional teachers. They have built an incredibly healthy, determined, and driven environment, with a highly skilled team. Their passion for jui-jitsu and family is palpable, and it’s reflected in every class they lead. Whether you’re a seasoned grappler or a complete beginner, their instruction is clear, detailed, and tailored to meet each student’s needs. The classes are dynamic and engaging, offering a wealth of information that goes beyond the basics. You’ll find yourself constantly challenged and inspired to improve here. What sets this gym apart though is the sense of community and support that the owners, team, and employees foster. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and valued. Fantastic place to train. Very technical and intential instruction. The women's program is so uplifting and encouraging--its refreshing to find a place that doesn't just make space for, but actually celebrates having female athletes. All of the classes I have taken have been great! Wish google would let me add more stars.
