Addition to this original post: if you are a golfer, this is the place to come and lift. Since Coach Jules has started me on a more golf centric program, I’ve added at least 10 yards to my shot if not more. I also don’t fear the sore back from all the torque, as Valeo has helped train my body to be more prepared and stronger. Couldn’t recommend it enough if you are a golfer looking to take your game to the next level or prolong your golfing career.<br><br>This is the place to become that version you envisioned when you think about your healthiest self. Between the detailed and positive coaching during lifting to the community feel, to the health tips that go outside of just physical health (from sleeping right, motivating yourself, and being mindful) the people at Valeo are the best team. I have never been healthier in body and in mind the I have since I have been coming here.

Valeo has been fantastic. The coaches all genuinely care about me both during and after the workouts. They also stress the importance of form over lifting lots of weight. The cherry on top is I shot my best round of golf in years less than a month after starting at Valeo!

My golf game has never been better. The total body training prescribed has improved my strength and balance significantly. These gains have translated to longer, higher and more consistent shots with every club.
