01 - DISCLAIMERS

1.01 - Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! Here are the terms of service that we'll follow throughout the commission process:

- You must be at least 18 years old at the moment of the request
- Make sure you carefully read my pricing sheet, Won't Draw list and TOS before commissioning me
- I reserve the right to decline a commission at any time

Question 2

02 - PROCESS

2.01 - My work stages are as follows:
1) Preliminary sketch (pose & composition)
2) Sketch approval (payment)
3) Lineart approval
4) Flats approval
5) Final piece

2.02 - Throughout the process, I'll keep you updated with the work in progress. During the review phases the images will be low-res
screenshots
2.03 - The work will halt and will not resume until the client replies to the review
2.04 - The final piece will be about an A4 size (21x29,7) at 150 DPI unless otherwise requested
2.05 - Any and all requests for different formats and resolutions must be made before any work has started

Question 3

03 - PAYMENT & FEES

3.01 - Payment is required in full after the sketching phase before work can proceed
3.02 - I accept payments exclusively through PayPal invoice in EUR
3.03 - Additional fees may apply for revisions that significantly alter previously approved details (see "Revisions" for more info)

04 - PRICING

4.01 - ALL PRICES LISTED ARE PER CHARACTER

PORTRAIT (from top of head to shoulders)
- LINEART — 20€
- FLATS — 30€
- RENDERED — 40€

HALF BODY (from top of head to hips)
- LINEART — 30€
- FLATS — 50€
- RENDERED — 70€

FULL BODY (from top of head to feet)
- LINEART — 40€
- FLATS — 70€
- RENDERED — 90€

4.02 - Each EXTRA character: +80% of the full price

4.03 - Complex background: from +50€ depending on complexity

4.04 - Design fee: If you'd like me to design from scratch (with no pre-existing reference) a part of the piece such as: entire characters, props, clothes, environments etc... an extra design fee will be charged depending on the design complexity

4.05 - For inquires on longer projects or comic pages please contact me directly for a more detailed estimate

Question 5

05 - REVISIONS

Accepted Answer

5.01 - Revisions are included in the commission price as long as they relate to the current stage of the work

Ex. 
√ Changing the pose during the sketching stage is covered in the commission price
√ Changing the colors during the coloring stage is covered in the commission price
X Changing the pose during the lineart and coloring stage comes with additional fees

5.02 - Additional fees will be charged for excessive or minor revisions that hinder progress of the work
5.03 - Any revision due to my own negligence will be corrected free of charge

Question 6

06 - TIMING

Accepted Answer

6.01 - I have a 2 months window from the moment of payment to complete the commission. If in that window of time I fail to provide communication or warn you of a possible delay you will be able to request a full refund
6.02 - If you fail to provide feedback or communicate with me for more than 1 month your commission will be terminated and no refund will be issued
6.03 - If you’d like your work expedited you will be charged an additional rush fee (+20% of final price)

07 - REFUNDS

Accepted Answer

7.01 - There is no refund policy once the final product is delivered
7.02 - I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission if necessary
7.03 - If you wish to cancel a commission while the work is in progress, and before the 2 months window (See "Timing" for more info), a refund for the remaining unfinished work will be issued

Question 8

08 - COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

8.01 - I retain the rights to all commissioned works
8.02 - Characters depicted in the artwork remain the property of their respective owners
8.03 - Unless the subject is a real person, I reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media or stream videos of its creation
8.04 - The commissioner can always ask to remain anonymous whenever I share their commission
8.05 - The final product is for your personal use only. Please credit/tag me when sharing or using it

Question 9

09 - YOU CAN:

9.01 - Print the artwork for personal use
9.02 - Crop and resize it to use as profile picture, header, or video thumbnail
9.03 - Share it as reference with other artists you may commission

Question 10

10 - YOU CANNOT:

Accepted Answer

10.01 - Claim the artwork as your own and remove my watermark/signature
10.02 - Trace the artwork and claim the result as your own
10.03 - Re-sell the artwork, whether in physical or digital form, or post the artwork behind a paywall
10.04 - Ask for someone else to edit, alter or trace my artwork whether under payment or not
10.05 - Use the artwork in any technology related to NFTs
10.06 - Use the artwork in any technology related to LLM or AI training

11 - WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Accepted Answer

11.01 - Upon client’s approval, you'll receive:
1) Final Digital Artwork
11.02 - Images are always sent as 150 DPI JPGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.
