No Refunds

1. Final Sale
All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions.


2. You’re Responsible
Use the scooter safely and lawfully. Return it on time and in good condition.

3. Late Fee
$2 per minute after a 5-minute grace period.

4. Damage / Loss / Abandonment
You break it, lose it, or leave it — you pay.
Fee: $100 minimum or full replacement cost.

5. Optional Damage Waiver – $7
Covers minor scratches or falls.
Does not cover theft, loss, or major damage.

6. Ride at Your Own Risk
You accept full responsibility for your safety.
DzrtDrifters is not liable for injuries or accidents.

7. Agreement Is Automatic
By paying, you agree to all terms above.

🚨 One scooter. One ride at a time. First come, first serve.

Rental Rates:
	•	15 Minutes (Minimum) – $8
	•	30 Minutes – $12
	•	1 Hour – $20
	•	2 Hours – $30
	•	4 Hours (Half Day) – $45
	•	8 Hours (Full Day) – $70

Add-On Fees (If Needed):
	•	Late Return: $2 per minute after 5-minute grace
	•	Unlock Negligence / Abandonment: $100
	•	Optional Damage Waiver: $7

MANDATORY LOCK-UP POLICY
• ✅ You are 100% responsible for locking the scooter after your ride.
• 🚫 If you fail to lock the scooter and send proof:
• • You will be charged a $100 negligence fee
• • You will be banned from future rentals
• • You may be held legally liable if the scooter is lost or stolen
• 📸 REQUIRED:
You must upload a photo showing the scooter locked before ending your ride.
🛰️ We track scooter location and status.
Unlocked scooters left unattended are flagged and immediately investigated.
