TURAN KAMER

Turan Kamer is a singer, songwriter, and music producer whose passion for music began at a young age, empowering him to create a distinctive artistic vision. With a rich cultural heritage from Cyprus, Turkey, and London, his work is defined by poetic lyrics, soulful melodies, and a sound that transcends the boundaries of culture, language, and time. Inspired by legendary artists such as Prince, Michael Jackson, The Weeknd, and George Michael, Turan honed his skills through formal education, graduating from London’s British and Irish Modern Music Institute, the Fine Arts Faculty of İzmir 9 Eylül University, and İstanbul Bahçeşehir University’s Jazz Academy. “I understand the transformative power of music,” says Turan. “I aim to be both innovative and contemporary, using my music to dismantle conventional boundaries and fears. Through my art, I hope to inspire listeners to explore their spiritual depths, confront their fears, and embrace tolerance, acceptance, belonging, and freedom".
