Very disappointed. His workers were nice people, but they had trouble installing our patio door. It is not plumb, and the door does not shut properly—you have to lift it and pull it toward you to close it. The same issue applies to the screen door. The door handle is also loose and moves right to left about a quarter inch, and the casing around the door falls off. I called the owner about these issues on a Friday night. He said he would be there Monday to correct them, but he neither called nor showed up until eight days later. He then sent another technician out, who did not fix anything. Because the door is not tight, bugs come in freely. This brand new door install is still in the same condition. $5,300 later, and the problem remains unresolved. I do not recommend this company based on my experience.

Tri star did a great job replacing all my windows and a sliding glass door. I felt the price was fair for this area. Great experience from the beginning with Billy coming for estimate to crew doing quality work. I’d like to give an extra shout out to Elijah for his great communication and superb craftsmanship. Great experience all around.

If you’re in the market for new windows or doors, you need to use Tri-Star Home Services. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about his products and will help guide you with your home upgrade visions. Furthermore, his crews are very detailed oriented and true craftsmen of their trade. Tri-Star Home Services lives up to the highest standards in the area and we will continue to work with them for any future endeavors. .
