Thrive | A Personal Journey of Pivoting One's Life

Thrive: A Personal Journey of Pivoting One's LifeNiels SteemanPaperbackHow the relentless pursuit of corporate success can take its toll on a person’s health. “Thrive” is the personal story of Niels Steeman. In 1998, Niels traded his native The Netherlands for Thailand in search of a new challenge in the tourism and travel industry in South-East Asia, with the prime goal to climb the corporate ladder. In his autobiography, Niels recounts his personal and corporate journey of 25 years, detailing his transformation from a successful and ambitious corporate executive, whose career pursuits were detrimental to his health, to becoming a passionate advocate for the importance of prioritising one's well-being. Through this book, he also imparts his knowledge and experience to guide others on how to steer clear of the hazards of neglecting their health, utilising his coaching skills and expertise. Today, Niels holds multiple certifications in the areas of nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle coaching (PN-1, SSC), and has completed the Evolve MasterMind Performance Course. Additionally, he is a certified personal fitness trainer (NASM-CPT) while he continues to expand his knowledge about health, mindset, performance and overall well-being. Finally, he is the owner of The Thrive Approach (www.thriveapproach.asia), a Thailand-based, client-centric health and weight loss coaching company to help clients thrive through science-proven and sustainable concepts.
