Gary and Ann were absolutely amazing and kind and helpful during the whole process of trying to find and then ultimately purchasing my townhouse. Gary was on top of every new listing that fit my budget and was always super flexible about meeting times to look at potential places. Once the paperwork started rolling Ann was on top of everything and quickly answered any questions that I had. I could not recommend them more for your next real estate needs!

Ann was excellent to work with. She brought experience, clear communication, and a calm presence to what could have been a stressful process. She supported me at every stage and connected me with a trusted network for painting, handyman work, carpeting, and clean-out/clean-up. With her help, a home filled with years of accumulated belongings was thoughtfully prepared for sale. She explained options clearly, handled negotiations with professionalism, and kept the process moving smoothly through closing. I always felt informed and supported. I’m truly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her.

Ann and Gary Kent were an absolute joy to work with in selling our home and buying the next house for us! The Kent's were so flexible and helpful in adjusting to our schedules and locations to search! Their knowledge of homes and real-estate is so helpful for navigating through Minnesota! We were unsure of exactly where we wanted to search and move in the beginning. Ann sat with us and got to know us about what our wants and non-negotiables were. Then said let's check what the market has! We were interested in several locations which would have been a nightmare for anyone else. Not the Kent's! They set up showings and connections for options with ease and organization! Ann actually planned one day where we saw 5 properties and brought snacks and water to share! All through our searching for a new home the Kent's marketed our home to exceed our expectations! They helped us with staging and offered support for keeping us on track!
