The Fisherette Art Gallery & Exchange is a small, supportive community for artists of all backgrounds and experiences!

We aim to create a studio environment that allows for constructive growth, fosters inspiration, promotes networking, and builds both experience and skill! And fun!

Participation is free, as we want to make community and opportunity for artists accessible.

The Fisherette Art Gallery & Exchange is a free vendor market where local artists will gather and sell their creations. We encourage you to walk around, buy some local art, take pictures at the photo op, enjoy the live music, or just sit and relax for a while!

Trivia starts at 7:30, and the the music goes from 8 - 9 PM!

Yes! Free foam ear plugs will be available! We also recommend bringing any ear protection you already have, just in case!

What opportunities are there for artists at the Fisherette?

The Fisherette Art Gallery & Exchange is mostly a free vendor market, but here's some other things we do at the collective:

1.) Artists can set up a vendor table to sell their own merchandise.

2.) Artists can prepare and display selected works gallery-style.

3.) Artists can work on their projects in the space at dedicated tables.

4.) Anyone can bring art/craft supplies they would like to give away or exchange.

5.) Musicians can build experience with live performances.

Is it free to be a vendor?

Yes, and you get to keep all your earned money too!

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Accepted Answer

You can fill out the form on the linktree labeled "GALLERY & EXCHANGE ARTIST INTEREST FORM."

How will I know I've been accepted?

You will receive an email titled "FISHERETTE ART EXCHANGE VENDOR SUBMISSION." PLEASE check your spam & junk folders, it often ends up there. We will reach out within 1-2 weeks after you apply.

What should I bring?

Please bring your full set up (display materials, tablecloths, etc.) Tables and chairs will be available, but we recommend you bring any additional tables you might need just in case. (Make sure your name is on your table so there is no mix ups!)

Can I have my table up during the live music?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The market will still be going on during the music. If you would like to be situated further away from the stage, please let us know.

Do I have to stay the whole time?

If you would like to leave early, please let us know in your submission and we will be happy to help you breakdown. We encourage vendors to take advantage of the trivia and music set-up break around 7:30 PM to avoid any interruptions.

We ask that you fill out the form ahead of time. Deadlines are included on the form. This will ensure that we have space and resources for everyone!
