Your building doesn’t need another vendor—it needs someone who understands the entire system. My mechanical services consulting provides facility owners, property managers, businesses, and organizations with practical, field-based support for their HVAC and mechanical systems. With experience in facility management, MEP systems, life safety, healthcare facilities, research environments, facility condition assessments, vendor management, and capital projects, I help clients identify problems before they become expensive failures. What I Can Help With HVAC & Mechanical System Assessments Preventive Maintenance Program Reviews Equipment Condition Assessments RTU, AHU, Exhaust & Ventilation Reviews Mechanical Room Inspections Filter, Belt & Equipment Tracking Indoor Air Quality & Ventilation Concerns Contractor/Vendor Performance Reviews Maintenance Scope & Proposal Reviews Capital Replacement Planning Facility Condition Assessments Troubleshooting & Second Opinions Life Safety & Mechanical Code Coordination Project Oversight and Quality Control The Difference I approach mechanical systems from a facility owner's perspective—not a salesperson's perspective. That means looking beyond whether equipment is simply running. I look at: Is it operating correctly? Is it being maintained properly? Is the system appropriate for the space? Are there safety or reliability concerns? Are you getting what you're paying your contractor for? And what is going to fail next? The goal is simple: Identify the problem. Explain the problem. Prioritize the problem. Develop a practical solution.
