Allison Muszynski, E-RYT 500, YACEP, RPYT, is the founder of Nataraja Detroit Yoga & Ayurveda. With over five years of teaching experience and thousands of hours of instruction, she specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, and trauma-informed practices. Allison’s classes blend traditional yoga philosophy with mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and accessible movement, creating a welcoming space for students of all levels to connect, heal, and grow.

As part of the teaching team at Flow Yoga Studio, Allison is excited to help bring vibrant, accessible, and inclusive yoga to the Livonia community. Through diverse class offerings, mindful movement, and a welcoming atmosphere, she is passionate about creating opportunities for students of all backgrounds and experience levels to explore the many benefits of yoga, build meaningful connections, and cultivate greater well-being both on and off the mat.



Meet Instructor Allison Muszynski

Hello! My name is Amy Brilhart. I am a retired physical education and health teacher from Livonia Public Schools, where I spent 28.5 years helping students develop healthy, active lifestyles. I earned my 200-hour RYT certification through Yoga Alliance and Breathe For Change. For the past 21 years, I have shared yoga with teens and, more recently, have expanded my teaching to adults and community members of all ages.  I am passionate about making yoga accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience or ability. My Gentle Flow and Mobility, and Gentle Yoga and Foundations classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, balance, and joint mobility.  Through foundational yoga poses and thoughtful modifications, I help students build confidence, improve strength and mobility, and develop a deeper connection between body and mind.

Get ready to sweat, stretch, and smile!  My name is Chris and I am a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor.  I love teaching dynamic Vinyasa/Power flows that link breath with movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility.  My goal is to help you feel empowered and energized both on and off the mat.  We work hard, but never take ourselves too seriously.  Bring your water, a towel, and an open mind!  Also, bring your breath and leave the ego behind.  Everyone will feel welcome, whether you are an experienced yogi or a newbie.  

When I am not teaching yoga, you can find me practicing yoga, reading, napping, drinking coffee, journaling, traveling, or hanging out with my cat.
