✅ One check-in is included per booked session. ⛔ No check-ins are required if you're attending weekly sessions. 📅 If your sessions are more than 2 weeks apart, you may submit one check-in between sessions. 🎥 Check-in Requirements: • Film in good lighting with your full body visible. • No music in the background. • Submit up to 3 videos (if applicable): **** Mandatory poses (¼ or ½ turns) **** Muscularity poses (If applicable) **** Solo routine (I-Walk, T-Walk, etc.) • Hold each pose for a maximum of 3 seconds. ⏰ Late submissions will not be reviewed.
