I dropped in for a class at Title Boxing after hearing my friend rave about it, and now I totally get the hype. The workout was intense (in the best way), but the energy in the room made it fun and motivating.

Tyler was an awesome coach. He explained the moves clearly, gave helpful form corrections, and kept everyone pushing through with encouragement and great pacing.

My friend loves the strong community here, and I could feel it right away. Everyone was supportive and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

If you're looking for a challenging and empowering workout with great people, Title is it.

Ruben was very helpful and super accommodating when scheduling my first class. I had an amazing time and I am very grateful that their were so nice and willing help us learn and have fun. Rylee was AMAZING! She explained everything perfectly and did not make me feel left out because of my lack of experience. 10/10 recommend, great workout!!!

A big fan of Title, I've been fortunate to have them almost everywhere I've relocated to. The Louisville location does not disappoint! Ruben, the GM of this location,  does a great job keeping up with the place and its members. When in, he takes the time to greet you and pump you up for class! This location has all kinds of offerings too! You want to work on technique, look for a Tyler class. You want energy and cardio, Sydney will have you pumped up for the rest of your week! Overall,  a great place to start your workout journey!

A few times a year I come through Louisville, and every time I visit this gym specifically. Clean, uncluttered facility. Fantastic, careful instruction, often from aspiring fighters, it seems. Great atmosphere. Service and smiles are prompt and authentic energy, i.e. none of that saccharine smiley "girl, you are crushin' it" talk. Can guess from the diverse clientele that people of all backgrounds feel safe to train there.  Absolutely recommend this place.

I have been testing out work out classes all over this city and title boxing is by far, my favorite. I have taken a few classes with different instructors and all of them are awesome - They are encouraging and give a lot of individual attention. Great work out and such a fun class. The gym is clean. I don’t have any issue getting into classes a few days in advance and there are evening options for after work.  I could not recommend this spot more!

I love everything about my gym!! The workouts, the techniques & most of all my trainers!! Love my TITLE Family 🫶🏼 10/10 All Day!!!
