Prior to joining Ascend Digital, Alfred worked in executive positions with reputable organizations, including Vodafone and Dimension Data.  At Vodafone Ghana, he was the Head of Commercial Performance and Enterprise Value Management (EVM) for the Enterprise and Wholesale business, where he led the development and execution of the enterprise and wholesale business strategy, sales planning and target setting, commission policy development, and administration, among others.

Thomas is currently the Head of Marketing for Ascend Digital Solutions responsible for Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Communications, and Strategic Partnerships.
