Question 1

What types of events do you decorate?

Accepted Answer

I create custom balloon designs for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, grand openings, holiday parties, and other special celebrations!

Question 2

How do I book an event?

Accepted Answer

Send me a message with your event date, location, theme, and I’ll send you inspiration photos. I'll help you bring your vision to life!

Question 3

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability.

Question 4

Can I choose my own balloon colors and theme?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! I work with you to customize colors, themes, and design details to complement your event and personal style.

Question 5

Do you deliver and set up the balloons?

Accepted Answer

Yes the price includes delivery, set up and tear down if needed.

Question 6

How long do balloon decorations last?

Accepted Answer

Indoor balloon displays can often last several days or longer, depending on the environment and balloon quality. Heat, direct sunlight, wind, and humidity can shorten their lifespan.

Question 7

I'm not sure what I want yet. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Of course! You don't need to have every detail figured out. Share your theme, ideas, and budget, and we'll work together to create something beautiful for your celebration.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

I'm based in St. Johns County and serve nearby areas within about 30 minutes. Farther out? Reach out and I'll let you know if I can make it work, or if a travel fee applies.

Question 9

Can balloons go outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Outdoor setups look amazing, but heat, direct sun and wind shorten their life. I'll recommend the best placement and timing for your setup.

Question 10

How much does it cost? Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Every design is custom, so pricing depends on size and detail. Balloon garlands start at $20 per foot, and arches and backdrop setups start at $180. Orders of $500 or more require a 20% deposit to reserve your date. Request a quote for exact pricing!
