Brenda Geraci has been a tremendous support to me and my family in the sale of our home. She kept me informed every step of the way. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I knew when we first met. She was prepared and extremely knowledgeable. I said to her "I want you to sell my house!" She is not only an expert in her field, but she is also a warm and caring person. I highly recommend Brenda Geraci.

I’ve now used Brenda for five real estate transactions, and once again she delivered an incredible experience. She recently helped sell my condo and managed to get exactly the price I was asking for, which was fantastic.<br><br>What I really appreciate about working with Brenda is how smooth and stress free she makes everything. She handled the entire process professionally and efficiently, and she was able to sell the condo with very few showings. I never felt overwhelmed with constant updates or unnecessary disruptions. I trusted her completely to manage everything, and she delivered.<br><br>At this point, I honestly wouldn’t consider using another realtor. After five successful transactions with Brenda, I can confidently say she’s the best in the business. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and incredibly effective, Brenda is the one you want on your side.

I'm convinced that Brenda Geraci is the best real estate agent in Covina! We were somewhat in a bind. My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge.<br><br>We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous!<br><br>This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.).<br><br>If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!
