In late January, the federal government released a proposed certification that would establish new requirements for organizations receiving federal funding. These proposed changes have significant implications for early childhood and maternal health programs related to serving immigrant families, conducting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work, and the federal government’s authority to pursue legal action related to noncompliance. We will update this section with guidance and templates to help organizations submit public comments to the federal government before the March 30 deadline.
