Do not recommend coming to purchase furniture, not sure if it is this location but the red head denise is very rude. The service is trash and the furniture is not any better please do yourself a favor and save ur money and time. Also when I was exiting their lot their delivery truck cut me off as if he didn’t see me, this place definitely need a rework

To the person responding: it IS the right company. You are vanitys and furniture mi chula, I said I’m not sure if it’s the right location seeing as you don’t have a Google page for all your 7 locations. Google reviews are open for us customers to leave reviews on your business and I will post my experience as I please, DO NOT tell me what I should remove. This company needs to work on their customer service skills clearly there’s none, and hire better SAFER drivers. Absolutely no reason your delivery trucks should be pulling out and cutting people off in your lots.

I had a fantastic experience at this furniture store in McAllen. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional always friendly, patient, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their customer service truly made a difference and made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable.
On top of the great service, the prices were unbeatable. I shopped around, and this store definitely had the best deals without compromising on quality. They offer a wide variety of stylish and modern furniture options to fit any taste or budget.

Si pudiera dar zero estrellas las daba. No recomiendo esta tienda para nada. Hicimos dos compras y no entiendo como volví a comprar después de la primer mala experiencia. La primera compra fue un vanity de mis sobrinas a mi hija como regalo sorpresa para sus XV el 4 de Julio. Ellas pagaron $500 por el delivery a Rio Grande City para que lo envolvieran y lo llevarían en un carrito para que se abriera durante el evento. Pues el vanity no cupo por la puerta del salon y se quedo afuera. Ellos fueron a dejarlo al lugar el viernes que fue dia de la fiesta y quedaron de ir a recojer lo y llevarlo a la casa e instalarlo al día siguiente. Al dia  siguiente no venían y decidimos hablar y nadie sabia nada al respecto de quien iba a ir a recojer lo y dejarlo en mi casa.. después de mucho pasarse la responsabilidad unos a otros se disculparon y dijeron que nadie iba a poder recoger el vanity hasta el lunes. La fiesta fue en Viernes y aparte estaba afuera porque no cabía por la puerta del salon. Aparte me devolvieron el dinero del deposito del salon de milagro ya que ellos tenían fiesta al día siguiente después de la XV de mi hija y pues el vanity ahi atravesado estorbaba. La segunda compra dijeron nos darían un descuento por el problema que tuvimos con lo de la Quince. El super descuento fue que me reducirían el delivery del nuevo vanity a $79 (wow). Mi otra hija también queria uno y nos decidimos, no por el gran descuento sino por complacerla. Esta ves no era para fiesta de XV nada mas era irlo a dejar a mi casa. Pues lo dejaron y rápido se fueron al irse ellos note que el enchufe del vanity no pasaba electricidad y la tabla de atrás estaba despegada. inmediatamente lo reporte y mande foto y video como me lo pidieron. Quedaron de venir a arreglarlo, yo les dije que no quería que lo arreglaran que yo quería algo nuevo porque yo pague por producto nuevo y funcionable. Quedaron de ir a llevármelo pero nunca fueron porque según ellos no tenían vuelta para Rio Grande. Que cuando tuvieran vuelta me lo mandaban.Y así pasaron casi 3 semanas y nadie venia  y nunca tuvieron vuelta. De ante mano yo sabia que si habían tenido ventas de gente de Rio Grande y si habían venido solo que no me querían reemplazar el vanity. Fue cuando yo decidí poner una disputa con la tarjeta de crédito con la que compre el famoso vanity. A los días después de abrir un reclamo con la tarjeta me hablo Gerardo el manejador (persona imposible de contactar antes del reclamo, nos evitaba).Ahora me hablaba para venir a remplazar las piezas descompuestas. Acepte y me trajeron la pieza del vanity del enchufé que no pasaba electricidad pero no la parte que tenia despegada de atras. Como mes y medio despues me trajeron la ultima parte del vanity que fue el dia primero de Octubre. Yo hice la compra de este vanity el 22 de Julio. 2 meses y medio para arreglar las cosas, y porque puse reclamo con el banco, si lo hubiera pagado cash estoy segura no me fueran cambiado nada. Es el peor lugar para comprar muebles.
