Services include private chef dinners, intimate celebrations, corporate events, elegant high teas, cocktail receptions, and curated tasting menus. Every dish is built on classical technique, elevated with modern artistry, and presented with intention to create a truly memorable dining experience.

What areas do you serve? Do you charge a travel fee?

Accepted Answer

Based in Ajax, ON, Roux + Salt serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Durham Region, and surrounding communities. Travel within Ajax, Pickering, Scarborough and Whitby is included. For events outside this zone, a travel or logistics fee may apply, and we always communicate the fee in advance.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. Larger or more intricate experiences may require additional notice. However, we always strive to accommodate short-notice requests whenever possible.
