I have been renting with RPMLF since July and they are very good communicators; John is who I always speak with when I call with questions or concerns, and he is always happy to help - he always gets back to me with updates super fast. In my building on near Boniface, we do yearly fire alarm checks, and John called and followed up to make sure I was aware plenty ahead of time. So far I have had zero problems and feel like my management company is respectful of me and my time. Thank you John!

Real Property Management (RPM) is so great to work with! I was in a situation where I needed to move quickly so Teague worked up a lease within a day, I signed, and was in my rental condo within a couple of days! I appreciate RPM's friendliness anytime I need something. Also, paperwork/paying rent is all done online making it easy for me. I'm very happy with my condo and appreciate RPM's excellent customer service. I highly recommend RPM to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free rental experience!
