As a first time buyer, it was a pleasant an smooth experience. I enquired about the bike I was interested in and Feeq was quick to respond and answer all my queries, even accomodating for me to view the bike on a Saturday night. He was patient to answer all my queries on site and helped to check with their partner workshop on further modifications that I wanted to make. Tested the bike which was already in great condition and requested further add-ons to change the handlebar grip which he was kind enough to provide FOC. Absolutely loved the NMax V2.<br><br>Administratively, Syu was efficient and quick with the paperwork, assisting with the insurance quotation and subsequently the transfer of ownership. Everything was done in a matter of days, with deposit paid on Saturday and bike collection on Tuesday. Don't think it could have been any quicker!<br><br>Would recommend for anyone looking to get a bike!

Feeq and his team was really accomodating and understanding of his customer's situation, despite all that they were extremely patient and professional. They gave honest opinions and facts about the bike. They didnt hide anything about the bike. Transaction was very smooth. Overall enjoyed my new machine! I would recommend this to anyone else. Definitely coming back.
