The Administration Department that handles issues with insurances about approved hrs for members are excellent. Bryan Figueroa and Rosie Fernandez are informative accurate about steps to follow to resolve issues and have transparency following up with the members. They are truly hands on! 🙏🏼

I have been dealing with this agency for a number of years and find that they are not very prompt in returning calls, and many times forget to inform me if my Home Help is not able to make it. Recently I had a fill-in for my regular Home Help who left my house with my laundry card, without which I cannot do laundry in my building where I live. When I brought this up with the Agency their response was that I was forgetful, and must not have realized that you get returned the card to me. When I assured her that was not the case, the basic response was that it was my tough luck. I feel the agency should feel a responsibility towards their clients and their workers.
